Resorts in Nevada have yet to recover from the shut down earlier this year. Now, Governor Sisolak is considering new Las Vegas casino closures as the pandemic continues to escalate.
Earlier this week the Governor communicated that closing down casinos in the state for a second time was a very real possibility. He said protecting the state was important, but that his he decision was like “walking a tightrope to balance public health and economic impacts”. He announced that he will detail the next steps to address the state’s surge very soon.
